Logistics Analyst Intern Work Location: Shanghai Contact:staffing.chengdu@intel.com Responsibilities: 1. Analyze the data from Intel internal tools or suppliers. Support operation supervisor or project data analysis and summary. 2. Issuing PO（purchasing order）in the system for multiple sites. 3. Maintain the Ops team shared documents and timely updated. 4. Maintain North Asia Ops team website and achieve relevant documents in the share folder. 5. Collect site CSI（critical success indicator） indicators and follow up the reason/action plan if not meet the target. Monthly send out CSI report. 6. Support operation supervisor SRC（supplier record card）review meeting and Supplier performance issue tracking and set up reminder. 7. Closely work with operation team and provide ad-hoc report support. Qualifications: 1. Good English capability. 2. Proactively work with stakeholder and customer orientation. 3. Strong communication capability. Commitment and Responsibility. Be able to work under pressure. 4. Skillful in Excel, PPT, outlook. 5. Master/Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Trading, business management or Industrial Engineering is preferred. 6. At least 3.5 days working/week. 7. Plan to sign the contract at least 1 year.
