Location:Shanghai/Beijing Responsibilities: •Help ensure quality ofproject delivery •Take part in new processstructural and design •Plan new programImplementation •Assist to draft projectproposals •Assist to confirm newneeds of existing clients •Built corporate servicepropaganda network for relationship development to look for new clients Quality Delivery: Basic requirements: •3+ year above advancedprofessional experience in management consulting, constant orconsulting-related positions in Four accounting firms •At least one followingindustry-related working experience: chemistry/petrochemical, insurance/financialservice, telecommunications, pharmac eutical & life Science •A track record of successin a functional role in one of the following service areas: Change Management,enterprise project management- EPM, PMO,PMI •Good communication skillsboth in mandarin and English(spoken written and business) •Full-time graduates withbachelor degree or above from well-known universities, MBA/EMBA is preferred Additional skills: •Business analysis orproject management experience , at least 3 years’experience in management or 3 years above experience in global consulting firms •Master degree (or above)or professional certification •Successful consultingexperience, including contacting senior supervisor client with following: - Strategy Plan and Implementation - Corporate merger and acquisition - E-commerce/Web development - Business Intelligence - Financial supervise support - IT strategy management - Supply chain/order management - Operation management - HR management •Ability to build mutualtrust with clients soon and develop the common view to achieve goals •Good communication skillswith circle experts and senior executives •Ability to find outcreative solution through innovative thinking to handle complex technologiesand business problem Education The successful candidate must possess abachelor’s degree.
