Requirements： 1.Master degree candidates who will finish graduate studies by 2016 or 2017. 2.Candidates should hold degrees in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, and Economics. 3.Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them. 4.Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, statistics knowledge background will be a plus. 5.Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and willing to work hard. 6.
