Your direct manager is more than willing to get you connected with former interns to learn about their comments, concerns and improvement! Responsibility: 1. Customer engagement automation (CEA): track sales leads from all external websites, distribute sales to sales managers and conduct weekly and monthly analysis report on leads convert rate, leads quality and leads performance. (a great chance to learn about marketing operation) 2. Digital tools development: help generate, create and polish digital contents to publish interesting news and product knowledge on various channels including official website, wechat and other external portals. Liaison among product manager, marketing manager and digital marketing team to effective communicate with multiple parties. (a great chance to learn about digital marketing in a matrix organization) 3. Digital marketing intelligence: collect, analyze data from different channels to make monthly update on digital performance; give feedback and further improvement suggestion to product manager and digital marketing team. (a great chance to learn about market intelligence) 4. Very excited about new trend and always have new ideas; be willing to learn, do and improve! (we love young people!) Requirements: 1. Keep your promises on work (please DO NOT come to us if you can’t fulfill your commitment on internship duration) 2. Very positive, eager to learn new things and are willing to improve yourself 3. Familiar with Photoshop, wehcat editing tools like 秀米and H5 editing tools like 易企秀 4. Current Junior and senior college student majoring in Advertising and Communications and Marekting Interview is rolling basis, first come first get. Intended onboard date is Nov 7th.
