Business Title: Senior Analyst Primary Job Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will be dedicated to the conception, design, and implementation of data analysis using eBay data. The analysis will be used to provide critical insights that enable business to make best business decisions. Successful execution of this role will require that the Senior Analyst be an expert in database record manipulation (mainly SAS/SQL) along with the ability to manipulate large volumes of complex data (mainly Excel/VBA, Excel PivotTables, SQL Server) for reporting, formulating and solving complicated business problems. Requirements: 1. Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related discipline. 3 years working experience in a relevant field is preferred. 2. Strong communication skills both verbal and written, good understanding of the business and works well with a team. 3. Proficient in SAS language, experience in building statistical models using SAS or working in a reporting environment is a plus. 4. Candidate must demonstrate high energy/creativity, a passion for analyzing highly complex data sets, a relentless customer-focus, an entrepreneurial spir it, a deep practical understanding of quantitative methods, and superb attention to detail.
