POSITION I: MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT Location: Shanghai/Beijing Responsibilities: Work under the supervision from project manager to cover a certain work stream in a consulting project • Design work plan for the work stream and crack problems in the time-bounded circumstance • Collaborate with other team members to drive entire project results with a holistic approach • Develop new project knowhow and contribute to the company’s knowledge base Qualifications: • One to three years’ working experiences in the leading multinational corporations or consulting firms preferred • Master degree from top universities preferred • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English • Have a strong sense of problem-solving and fast-learning • Full of passion to deliver high quality work on schedule • Proficient in using professional tools (PPT, Excel, Visio, Thinkcell etc.) to create deliverables • Able to fulfill multi-tasks con-currently Note: • Talents are the most important assets of our company. Location: Shanghai/Beijing Responsibilities: • Help ensure quality of project delivery • Take part in new process structural and design • Plan new program Implementation • Assist to draft project proposals • Assist to confirm new needs of existing clients • Built corporate service propaganda network for relationship development to look for new clients Quality Delivery: Basic requirements: • 3+ year above advanced professional experience in management consulting, constant or consulting-related positions in Four accounting firms • At least one following industry-related working experience: chemistry/petrochemical, insurance/financial service, telecommunications, pharmaceutical & life Science • A track record of success in a functional role in one of the following service areas: Change Management, enterprise project management - EPM, PMO, PMI • Good communication skills both in mandarin and English(spoken written and business) • Full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above from well-known universities, MBA/EMBA is preferred Additional skills: • Business analysis or project management experience , at least 3 years’ experience in management or 3 years above experience in global consulting firms • Master degree (or above) or professional certification • Successful consulting experience, including contacting senior supervisor client with following: - Strategy Plan and Implementation - Corporate merger and acquisition - E-commerce/Web development - Business Intelligence - Financial supervise support - IT strategy management - Supply chain/order management - Operation management - HR management • Ability to build mutual trust with clients soon and develop the common view to achieve goals • Good communication skills with circle experts and senior executives • Ability to find out creative solution through innovative thinking to handle complex technologies and business problem Education The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree.
