招聘人数：1人【每周至少4天，持续至少6个月，计算机、统计、工程、数学等相关专业，详见下方“岗位要求”】 公司简介：百胜餐饮集团是全球最大的餐饮集团，在全球110多个国家和地区拥有超过35,000家连锁餐厅和100多万名员工。中国事业部旗下包括肯德基、必胜客、必胜宅急送、小肥羊、东方既白等品牌。 百胜在中国有着6300家门店，如何通过数据分析改善他们的经营，这是一个有着巨大挑战的机会，数据分析可以从中发挥巨大的作用。百胜的数据分析团队是百胜（中国）在互联网时代所新开辟的团队，其职责是通过数据分析改善集团的管理经营，发挥数据价值，增强集团竞争力。数据分析部门目前的成员均为美国海归，有着多年国内外数据分析工作经验。实习生在实习的过程中，将有机会零距离和百胜的各个部门的精英同事接触和合作，共同将数据转化为推动公司前进的力量，并将有机会直接和公司的高层(VP，CIO甚至CEO）互动的机会。优秀的实习生有机会直接转正。 岗位职能： ——Work closely with business teams to identify their data analysis needs. Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources, based upon deep understandings of data analysis needs. ——Orchestrate and manage statistical data. Create different models to reflect business needs. ——Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, algorithms, predictive models, and custom analysis. Run experiments, refine hypotheses and after much iterations and analysis，discover actionable business insights. ——Analyze and interpret the results of experiments, and share the insights iteratively with business owners using good visualization way. 岗位要求： ——The intern duration must be at least 6 months long. Applicants must be able to work at least 4 days a week. 5 days preferred ——A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data ——Graduate or Junior/Senior undergraduate students majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields. ——Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources ——Familiarity with relational databases and SQL ——Familiar with at least one analysis tool such as R, Python. ——Experience working with distributed computing tools a plus (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, etc.) ——A flexible analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision ——Able to clearly and concisely articulate a series of logical arguments ——Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner ——Able to frame perspectives in a way that addresses anticipated questions and counterarguments ——“Can do” attitude with bias for action; can think through subsequent steps/tasks without constant oversight ——Fast learner, able to come up to speed quickly ——Able to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity; ability to move quickly and multi-task along multiple dimensions while being a team player ——Fluency in English, both written and oral. 办公地点： 上海徐家汇港汇广场。 实习工资：25元/小时 有兴趣的同学请尽快将简历发至 frank-rsc.wang@yum.com。 |
