You will provide full service support in the are as of building business/market cases for novel technology, strategy for custom er/third party engagements, taking into account business constraints. Essential Responsibilities •Coordinate activities with GE Ventures Program Managers on a variety of programs, including building patents/technology and complex business/licensin g programs. •Prepare Business plans, including IP/technology assessments, valuations , market/customer analysis, deal/agreement structuring and execution where app ropriate. •Act as a key member of GE Ventures Licensing team and closely interact with the technology, business & legal teams. •Work on various business process projects to make the Licensing busines s more efficient. Qualifications/Requirements •Must be a full-time or part-time MBA student at an accredited college o r university for the entire internship •Must meet a minimum 3.0 GPA in the most recent degree completed/pursuin g •Must commit to an internship (approximately 6 months: Jan-Jun, Jul-Dec ) in Shanghai and/or satellite offices; at the completion of the internship yo u may be invited to continue working with GE •Must meet minimum hour requirements: 20 hours - 40 hours per week depen ding when school is in session •Must be authorized to work in session •Must be willing to travel and spend up to minimally 1 day per week work ing in Shanghai office. Desired Characteristics •An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or related field.
