Strategy Practice Intern Profile InterChina  InterChina is a leading Strategy and M&A Advisory firm in China and we are specialists in China. Our team of 60 professionals has conducted over 500 strategy projects and closed over 150 transactions. We have offices and professionals throughout China and Europe, and are members of IMAP, a leading global investment banking organization. Through our unique combination of capabilities, we have delivered the highest quality of services to clients for nearly 20 years. Position  InterChina has a position open for an Intern in our Strategy Practice in Shanghai.  The Strategy Practice supports clients develop understanding and insight into their markets; identify entry points and prioritize target markets; design value propositions and route-to-market structures; as well as participate in the initial stages of the rollout. Our team of 25 specialist consultants have conducted in excess of 500 projects, mainly for Western multinationals in the healthcare, food & beverage, machine tools and machinery, automotive, chemicals, and energy & power sectors. We use ‘homegrown’ methodologies that put the emphasis on fieldwork, ongoing interaction with the client, and the iterative testing of potential solutions.  The main responsibility of the Intern will be.  Report proof-reading  Secondary information research if necessary  Learning BD & Strategy project through the routing job  Other tasks arranged by the team Requirements  Candidates should have the following qualifications and experience: • English Native Speaker. • Chinese Fluent Chinese • Very strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills. • Multilingual (fluent Mandarin and fluent English). . Have certain experience in business development and Marketing . Will based in shanghai for at least 1 or 2 years (5 days/week; 9:00-18:00)  Candidates should have the following qualities: • Business sense, common sense. • Cultural sensitivity, open minded. • Confident, ambitious. • Hardworking, active, persistent. • Looking for a challenging environment, motivated to improve, fast learner. • Initiative, independent, solution driven. • Organized, thorough, analytical.
