1.consulting实习生 工作内容: Ensure all the documentation are prepared, maintained and updated properly in the sharepoint Administrative setup including meeting setup, meeting minutes preparation, workshop preparation etc. Information searching including cold call or interview Report preparation 要求: Good communication skill, proficient in oral and written English Good computer skill for MS office Responsible, honest and detail oriented Good service, supportive and teamwork University or above, 2-3 days guaranteed for one week 工作地点:浦东新区陆家嘴花旗大厦 2. Recruiting associate 人力资源实习生 职位描述: 常规实习生: -准备入职材料合同包; -与员工确认快递收件地址并寄送合同; -将员工寄回的入职材料上传至电子系统; -将入职材料整理成档案并入柜; 项目实习生: -准备材料包; -寄收材料,核查材料签署有无问题; -登记整理员工信息; -搬运材料; 上传材料至电子系统。 -要求: 每周至少3全天 6个月实习期 -本科及以上学历 -对HR感兴趣 -踏实耐心 吃苦耐劳 公司地点:上海市浦东新区峨山路软件园9号楼 5.HR training 实习生 Responsibility: - Logistic support for key training activities Sending out training invitation Meeting room and venue set-up On-site support to in-house training session Catering service -Team Assistance Meeting scheduling Routine support to the team - Training Vendor Handling Contracting (合同) Pre-session preparation – participant list forwarding, Pre-course questionnaire completion, training material readiness etc. PR, PO, Invoice, Payment, Budget Control Qualifications & Experience: -Good English skills both in oral and written -Familiar with MS office software operation -Responsible, patient and careful; have strong learning ability and working initiative; -Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit; -Self-motivated and hard working -Can work 4-5 days per week, for 5-6 months. -Major in HR is a plus 公司地点:上海市浦东新区峨山路软件园9号楼 6. Good English (both written and oral) and be able to compose news article in English 3.
