Job Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in management consulting and/or Big4 transaction services and/or investment banking experience is strongly preferred; a mixture of management consulting / Big4 Transaction Services and corporate M&A experience is ideal
•Minimum of an undergraduate from a prominent university (MBA from a top business school is advantage but not mandatory)
•Able to execute pre-Day 1 and post M&A engagements and interact with senior clients independently with strong interpersonal skill
