岗位职责 a) Manage product testing certificates and technical documents in public folders; b) Prepare documents( ppt, excel, word, etc) for meetings and notes, general technical documents preparation and translation; c) Support manager on daily jobs like payments communication, meeting arrangements, guest acceptance and entertainment arrangements; d) Support engineers on samples preparation, CAD drawings, technical documents translation; testing loop arrangements, SAP BOM and Drawings download and upload, and other labor tasks; e) Manage business unit engineering stationary and other stuffs; f) Surf on internet to develop supplier, customer, competitors information to manager and engineers; g) Work as a standards collection contact window to provide updated standards from external resources; 岗位要求 Specialized Knowledge: • Capacity to work in complex environment, and to support high challenges • Demonstrate strong team working spirit and effective communication • Pro-active Initiative and strong sense of responsibility • Sufficient capability of communication in English both orally and written • CAD skill, e.g. Inventor, AutoCAD, Pro-E Education Level: • Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Major/ Specialty: • Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them. • Hard working and “can do” attitude. 工作地点：上海 请发送中文简历至： admin@careerqihang.com (伊顿配电产品研发实习生)+学校+job00727) 点我快速投递 更多大学生实习 for more campus recruitment information, please visit CareerQihang.com |
