Travel arrangement, meeting arrangement 2. Meeting memo and distribution 3. To collect customer bank draft on site, require to travel around the nation 4. Industry data collection。 5. To assist AM on bidding document preparation. 6. To prepare and post daily products and company information documents to customers. 7. Documents catalog and management. 8. Collect feedbacks from team on time and follow up with team to make sure they complete their task on time. Preferred Qualifications 1. Need good skill of excel and PPT, smart, can read and write English HR Intern Job Responsibility 1. Regular communication with expats to provide necessary support, including relocation, housing, shipment, transportation, schooling. 2. Contact relocation vendors to collect invoices and arrange internal payment process, including invoices checking, system entry, approval and payment tracking. 3. Assist expat on visa, work permit, residence permit application and renew. 4. Keep filing of all expat related documents. 5. Responsible for all kinds of HR payment arrangement 6. Assist HR Specialist on new hire on boarding procedure include on boarding package preparation, and keep filing of required documents; 7. Provide assistance on expat tax equalization related issues. 8. Assist expat family members when necessary. Minimum qualifications 1. Bachelor or Master major in English or Human Resources preferred 2. 3 days and above per week. 3. Good command of Statistics is preferred 4. Good communication in both Chinese and English 5. Good command of computer skill in Word, Excel & PPT 6. Fast Learner, detail-oriented and good cooperation spirit Title: R&D Intern Job Responsibilities 1. Assist R&D scientist in the lab to develop new products (particularly emulsion products), formulations and test protocols in support of the Personal Care application developments, including preparing emulsions, conducting emulsion polymerization and evaluating its properties in final formulation. 2. Clear communications and reporting of laboratory activities. 3. Maintain a safe and orderly laboratory work environment. Minimum Qualifications 1. Postgraduate students in Chemistry or Polymer Science , preferred in colloidal chemistry or with emulsion or emulsion polymerization experience. 2. Flexible time. Minimum 2 days per week, preferred 3-4 days per week. 3. Awareness of safe laboratory operations and chemical handling. 4. Open-minded with good interpersonal & communication skills Preferred Qualification 1. Have a good knowledge of emulsions 2.
