岗位职责 1. Monitor system performance using Daktronics Intelligent Device Management system (IDM) and Webcam. Construe information from IDM, and dispatch services if necessary. 利用达科智能设备管理系统和网络画面来监督设备的工作状况，评估信息并作出判断，必要时派遣现场服务。 2. Recognize hardware and software warnings prior to failure to prevent system downtime. Accurately update and maintain technical activities log into system. 对系统硬件和软件的状况进行必要的监督和确认以防止系统发生故障。准确地更新和维护与技术上相关的工作并且输入系统。 3. Learn product technology and process, use V1500, V7000, V-Net, Visiconn and content management system etc, trouble-shoot independently, or coordinate resources including local service partner, local service technician to resolve all issues in a rapid manner. 学习产品技术和流程，有效利用V1500, V7000, V-Net, Visiconn，内容管理系统等信息系统, 独立解决问题，或协调当地资源如服务合作伙伴、服务工程师等，快速有效解决设备中出现的问题。 4. Answer incoming calls routed from the U.S. or from local areas, provide technical support professionally, reply emails, coordinate services and provide other necessary assistance. 接听来自美国及其他区域的热线电话，提供专业快速有效技术支持；回复来自客户和内部同事邮件，协调服务事宜，并提供其他必要的帮助。 5. Participate installation, commissioning, maintenance, trouble-shooting, upgrading and retrofit of projects at sites around China and other countries in Asia-pacific area. 参与中国区和亚太区其他国家项目工程现场的安装、调试、维护、消缺、升级和改造等活动。 6. Research technical issues deeply, find root causes and figure out constructive total resolutions based on field condition, product, customer’s requirement, mutual cost and benefit. Feedback technical issues, in order to optimize product reliability. 深度挖掘技术问题根源，根据对现场情况、产品性质、客户要求、双方成本和收益的考量，提供建设性的解决方案。及时反馈技术问题，为优化产品可靠性提供信息。 7. Complete other works assigned by line managers. 完成直线经理布置的其他任务。 岗位要求 1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Automation, Electronic Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Engineering or other related area. 2. CET-6 with good written and verbal English, study abroad experience or foreigner studied in China is plus. 3. Passion for electronic, electrical and mechanical technology and its application, passion for getting root cause and resolution technically are must. 4. Ability to work on own with little supervision and be a self-starter with high sense of responsibility. 5. Good interpersonal skills under global environment, ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a positive and professional manner, ability to give and receive feedback on work. 6. Good at computer application, MS office, internet etc. 7. Value customer, sense of service skills. 8. Comfortable working at project sites. 9.
