岗位职责
• Assist to collect expenses reports and provide summary list;
• Assist to scan bank slips and invoices for booking;
• Assist in preparation documents for foreign exchange;
• Assist in documenting existing processes;
• Other Ad hoc tasks.
岗位要求
• Completed or working on a college/university degree in the field of Finance, Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Fluent oral and written English
