有兴趣的同学, 请把简历发送至我们公司, 请联系 byron.yin@mytmc.com 谢谢。 Job Title: Logistics Analyst Job Location: Shanghai, China Date Revised: 26-May-2015 DESCRIPTION: The TMC Logistics Analyst (LA) executes internal and external workflows and processes that affect the client’s production, distribution, and inventory. This person works with the client and TMC account and operations management to create and review internal procedures and management routines to maximize client and carrier satisfaction related to the transportation management services contracted between TMC and the shipper client. Their productively contributes to an environment of collaboration with the client and carriers to minimize client costs and create efficiencies within the client’s supply chain processes. The LA works closely with the client account team to identify and implement solutions to maximize profits. The ability to learn and execute commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures that include the expert use of Microsoft Excel, Access, and other reporting tools is key. The LA will be responsible for executing pre-established standard operating procedures to perform the functions of the job as well as on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Logistics Analyst is empowered to make decisions in conjunction with their supervisor on behalf of the client. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and execute short lead orders and shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery • Monitor system load board (from load shipment entry to delivery) • Manage all exceptions related to the client’s business that TMC manages • Identify and implement operational efficiency gains • Make and respond to all changes submitted from the client in a timely and accurate manner (notify carriers & suppliers, reschedule appointments, etc.) • Provide prompt and professional response to client's requests for additional information • Hit tactical and operational KPI targets. • Willingness to work on more than one account when there is a business need • Work with client/carrier to identify process improvements • Track and resolve successes/open issues • Work with client and carriers proactively to manage carrier payables • Manage all new carrier setups and training of TMC tools • Manage all new warehouse setups and training of TMC processes • Meet KPI target’s set from an operational and tactical level • Develop customer savings and business story with Account Manager • Manage and execute internal and external reporting • Work with carrier/client to manage carrier performance QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • College/University degree • Knowledge and experience of the global forwarding logistics and supply chain market • Ability to communicate and build effective working relationships with internal peers and colleagues across all divisions and departments • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to think creatively and strategically • Basic understanding of financial concepts • Able to understand and learn different technologies quickly • Fluent in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint • Detail oriented • Willingness to work autonomously as well as a member of a team • Superior customer-service skills • Ability to problem solve and conduct root cause analysis • Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion • Willingness to create and adhere to process and plan • Visionary in scope of project and ability to think outside the box • Ability to travel when required (less than 10%) • Native Mandarin speaker preferred. Fluency in Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing required. • Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing required. (CET-6 or CET-8 required) |
