岗位职责 • PROCUREMENT DATA REPORT Data collect from trading and preopening hotels for forecasted national supply program, consolidate report and to verify the data with hotel and makes sure data accuracy, after that analyst it accordingly. • HOTEL SPENDING REPORT Compile hotel spending report for the duration of the program and get the data from the preferred supplier and consolidate by category and analysis the report. • PROPOSAL AND BENEFIT ANALYSIS Assisting proposal analysis and potential benefit analysis by hotel by product. • COMPLIANCE REPORT Assist prepare the program of national / cluster level compliance report, analysis the report and review with supervisor. • ORDERING INFORMATION Prepare the updated ordering information for national and cluster program by monthly like the supplier / distributor updated list and the latest price to the preopening hotels. • MANAGE HOTEL REBATE Prepare a rebate list in terms of the agreement and work with the supplier to verify the rebate and make sure all the rebate accuracy and money back to hotel banking account. • TENDERING DOCUMENT Assist to prepare bidding documents, translation, supplier invited list consolidate, obtain the license, updated testing report, verify and confirm the product spec. with stakeholder and brand department as well and review with the supervisor. • PROCUREMENT SYSTEM - The opportunity to work with different areas of the business like procurement system CheckSCM / CheckEAM and CPM, support new hotels roll out by managing the build- up of the database and master files as per defined process by Moreton Bay and Hilton. - Maintain LBO codes for new sites as per Hilton definition - Create product code in CPM for the program of national and cluster level and potential for the global and international. - Generate periodic and ad hoc reports from the system to analyze procurement data as requested by Hilton Regional Office management - Master data pull out every two months and send it to supporting team • OTHER ADHOC ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES Like booking ticket, arrange the meeting, booking meeting room, send emails, document fillings, update purchasing manager list… Supportive Functions In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company. - Support for existing cluster Beijing Shanghai and Nanjing - Support for the other potential area cluster - Any and all other job duties as assigned 岗位要求 - Strong responsibility and carefulness - Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Effective communication skills - Can work at least 4 days per week - 2016&2017graduated is preferred 工作地点:上海 请发送中文简历至: admin@careerqihang.com 邮件标题请备注:希尔顿采购部实习生+学校+姓名+ job01354 点我快速投递 更多大学生实习 for more campus recruitment information, please visit CareerQihang.com |
