岗位职责
-To handle staff reimbursement, buysmart payment and bank genernal payment.
-To scan staff reimbursement to GR and filing.
-To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Good command of English;
-Good service mindset;
-Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements;
-Be able to work under pressure.
岗位要求
- Can work for at least 4 days a week for 6 months, can onboard in early-Aug
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Excel in English to Chinese translation with basic command of the knowledge financial market.
- Familiar with MS Office
- Positive attitude, result driven and strong sense of responsibility
