岗位职责
• Assist Sales Manager to ensure prompt action to customer’s request on the new business relationship establishment, RFQs, agreements/contracts/POs.
•Pricing set up in ASSS system and pricing documents preparation
•New customer file set up in Securimate system and fill out the customer master/maintenance file for business head approval
•Coordinate with Regional Supply Chain, import/Export companies and airlines on shipments and logistics issues. Improve the communication and resolve issues and misunderstanding among these parties
岗位要求
•Final year undergraduate or master student
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning processes. Strong Sales experience and understand selling process
• Good analytical skills, resourceful and Strong problem solving skills.
• Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments.
• Supportive working attitude & pragmatic work approach.
• Integrity and trust, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Negotiation skills with strong persuading power.
