岗位职责 Company Name: Total E&P Services China Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch Location: Shanghai, Position title: intern in Sourcing and Procurement Team Activities: Sourcing: - Responsible for several categories (equipments, services or chemicals, depending on Total priorities) - Apply IPO sourcing and assessment procedures (IPO EP 101, EP 102), notably: Prepare market cards for targeted category, identify Asian vendors using comprehensive sources, monitor initial phase of assessment process (RFI, Financial analysis, scorecard creation, compliance) and propose a short list of vendors for Total Quality Management Systems audits (reference is Total international Qualification process - CR EP CA 530) Sole point of contact between Asian vendor and IPO during this initial evaluation phase Ensure Qualified vendors are properly referenced in Total relevant databases (ISDB, Projects Exhibit J, IPO database, CTG database) Participate to suppliers visits and write reports Call For Tender (when assigned by a project or affiliate): - Act as IPO project leader for each Purchasing project assigned to IPO: launch CFT using adequate means (e-RFx or standard paper format), conduct clarification and negotiation, scoring and rating, all the above in connection with requester - Issue a project report with all key data for traceability (prices, terms & conditions, savings) Procurement: - Obtain procurement forecasts for upcoming tenders from Projects and and make sure Asian qualified suppliers are invited to the CFT’s - Upon affiliate/project request provide all necessary support: freight forwarding proposal, communication, translations, others - Expedite each Purchase Order (PO) to track key milestones (post-production process), raise alerts and report supplier performance - Report savings generated by all PO’s placed to Asian vendors and write a REX for each PO placed in China first then Asia Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) - Develop good supplier relationships in liaison with internal stakeholders (category managers, end-users, other IPO team members, etc) - Participate to suppliers performance reviews with Quality team (SQM meetings, post-supply evaluation) Qualifications: - Study on solar PV industry or electric/electronic is preferred -Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, good knowledge of upstream contractors, procurement policies and procedures -Sound business, commercial and negotiation skills, ability to work in cross functionality / networking -Soft skills: autonomy, ability to take initiatives, commitment and ownership, team player, ability to convince with diplomacy -Engineering or commercial degree -Fluent English is a must -Mandarin native speaker Working Time: 3 to 5 days/month 请发送中英文简历至： admin@careerqihang.com（职位+毕业院校+姓名+job02345） 点我快速投递 更多大学生实习 |
