Finance, SC, HR Ops, Payroll & Benefits, TAX, FA, GDS, Controllership, etc. Our vision is to be the best world-class shared service center so that to be the partner of GE Businesses in succeeding the competition in regional market. Quality is a key enabling function in Global Ops Asia to play a role of Change Agent through different levels cross all premises by leveraging state-of-the-art methodologies and tools. Our vision is to spread quality DNA & mindset, drive continuous improvement towards operation excellence, enabling best biz outcome. Primary Responsibilities:  Support quality team for the preparation of Lean Six Sigma training, FWED course and other trainings  Design communication methods by leveraging various on-line, off-line channels such as Website, Posters, bill boards, mobile platform, etc., as required … as well as be able to execute and deliver results.  Be responsible for the inventory management, book corner, office suppliers, training materials  Other admin work if needed Qualifications Required:  School senior student (no limit on background)  Be capable with Microsoft office tools, such as word, power point and excel  Good written English ability  Responsible, hardworking, communication skills, resilience, quick learner  At least three days per week in office Career Opportunity: There are plenty of career opportunities in Global Ops Asia in terms of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other related positions. The recruited intern, who has good performance, will be able to expose to GE Talent Pool and hiring managers for a formal contract.
