ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management (International) Company Limited (“ICBCCSI”) isthe Company’s wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary company that was set up in 2011.ICBCCSI is licensed to carry on Type 4 and Type 9 activities, providing overseas investment products and services. Since July 2012, ICBCCS was awarded a mandate by the Social Security Fund to invest in offshore IPOs and placements. In August 2012, ICBCCSI received the RQFII qualification approved by the CSRC, and therefore was permitted to launch RQFII products and further expand overseas business.
